**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Lead Automation Initiatives:** Drive the automation testing strategy, ensuring that high-quality test scripts and frameworks are in place.

- **Testing Lifecycle Management:** Oversee the entire testing lifecycle, including functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.

- **Test Planning & Design:** Develop detailed test plans, design test scripts, and work closely with the team to ensure robust script development.

- **Manual & Automation Testing:** Apply your expertise in both manual testing and automation, utilizing tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Katalon, and others.

- **Collaboration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that testing aligns with project goals and timelines.

- **Quality Assurance:** Maintain a strong focus on quality, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards before release.

**Key Requirements:**

- **Experience:** 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) with at least 5+ years dedicated to QA automation.

- **Testing Expertise:** In-depth understanding of the Testing Lifecycle, including Functional and Integration Testing.

- **Automation Tools:** Proficient in writing Selenium scripts and experienced with automation tools/frameworks like Appium, Cypress, Katalon, etc.

- **Test Planning & Script Design:** Proven experience in test planning, script design, and development.

- **Leadership:** Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team of QA professionals.
