**Position:** Automation Testing Engineer  

**Experience:** 3-5 years of relevant experience  

**Location:** Chennai (Work From Office)  

**Notice Period:** Only candidates with immediate availability or a maximum of 30 days notice period will be considered.

**Key Requirements:**

- **Scripting Experience:** Strong hands-on experience in automation testing with a focus on scripting.

- **Educational Qualifications:** 

  - A B.E / B.Tech degree in any stream, or

  - An MSc(IT) / MCA degree from a recognized college or university, approved by AICTE.

- **Certifications:** Must have passed the ISTQB Foundation Level certification or its equivalent.

**Job Overview:**

As an Automation Testing Engineer at Yethi, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with the development and QA teams to identify areas for automation and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Test Automation:** Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.

- **Scripting:** Utilize your scripting skills to automate repetitive testing tasks, improving efficiency and coverage.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to identify testing needs and implement effective solutions.

- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of test cases, results, and any issues identified during the testing process.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Actively contribute to the improvement of automation frameworks and tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Proficiency in scripting languages commonly used in test automation.

- Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
