### **Role Overview:**
As a UI/UX Designer at Siva Info Tech, you will be at the forefront of designing intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for our innovative software solutions, including our groundbreaking women’s safety app. You’ll work closely with our product team to create seamless and engaging user experiences that delight our users.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Design Interfaces:** Create user interfaces and experiences for both web and mobile applications that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
- **Develop Prototypes:** Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to bring ideas to life.
- **Conduct User Research:** Engage in user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- **Collaborate with Developers:** Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are accurately implemented and function as intended.
- **Stay Updated:** Keep up with the latest industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
### **Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- **Portfolio:** A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and design process.
- **Tools:** Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- **Skills:** Experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping. Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-centric designs.
