**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct comprehensive testing of WLAN/WiFi systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

- Perform detailed protocol testing with a focus on various 802.11xx standards, ensuring seamless connectivity and interoperability.

- Utilize advanced testing tools such as iperf, Wireshark, Chariot, and log analysis software to monitor, evaluate, and analyze network performance and troubleshoot issues.

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts, collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve defects.

- Prepare detailed test reports and documentation, providing insights and recommendations for improving system performance and stability.

**Mandatory Skills:**

- **WLAN/WiFi Testing:** Proven experience in testing wireless networks, with a deep understanding of WLAN and WiFi technologies.

- **802.11xx Protocol Testing:** Hands-on experience with testing and analyzing 802.11xx protocols.

- **Testing Tools Expertise:** Proficient in using tools such as iperf, Wireshark, and Chariot for performance testing and log analysis.

- **Log Analysis:** Strong ability to interpret and analyze logs to identify issues and suggest improvements.

**Preferred Skills:**

- **Scripting:** Working knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Perl for automating test cases and processes.

- **Functional/Certification Testing:** Experience in functional and certification testing of WLAN/WiFi devices and systems.
