Position Overview:
Dialpad is actively hiring for the position of Co-op Software Engineer (Fullstack) at its Bangalore office. This opportunity is ideal for passionate developers who are eager to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to building world-class communication tools.
Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience: Minimum 8 months of hands-on experience in software development (internship or project experience acceptable).

Skills Required: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust fullstack web applications.

Build dynamic user interfaces using Vue.js and other modern JavaScript libraries.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver high-quality features.

Work with real-time communication technologies such as WebRTC and WebSockets.

Participate in weekly code releases, ensuring quality and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Continuously improve product features to enhance user experience and scalability.
Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

Hands-on experience developing single-page applications (SPAs).

Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and clean coding practices.

Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Bonus Points:

Experience with Vue.js or Backbone.js.

Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM).
