💼 Job Role: Software Development Engineer in Testing (SDET)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers Eligible)
Stipend / Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹10 LPA (as per Glassdoor estimates)
🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Skills: Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript (basic to intermediate level).

Knowledge of: Manual and automation testing concepts, bug tracking tools, and version control systems like Git.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
-
Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.

Assist in building and maintaining automation frameworks using tools like Selenium or TestNG.

Participate actively in the software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with developers to detect and resolve defects.

Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or similar.

Track, document, and manage defects using platforms like JIRA or Bugzilla.
-
Review requirements and design documents to create effective test plans and strategies.

Support the development team by identifying test improvements and ensuring high test coverage.

Keep up with emerging QA trends, automation techniques, and CI/CD integrations such as Jenkins.
🧠Required Skills & Attributes:

Fundamental understanding of testing methodologies and QA life cycle.

Exposure to automation tools or frameworks during academics or internships.

Proficiency in SQL for basic database testing.
