**Required Skills**:
- 0-2 years of experience in web application development.
- Academic or project experience with Java, Spring Framework, and React.js.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and version control systems, preferably Git.
- Knowledge of databases (relational or NoSQL) is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
