**Job Description**:  

Cognizant is hiring fresh graduates for the role of Programmer Analyst Trainee. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using React JS, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, writing efficient code, debugging, and resolving technical issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:  

- Develop and maintain web applications using **React JS**.  

- Collaborate with teams to define and implement new features.  

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.  

- Debug and resolve technical issues.  

- Implement user interface components based on React JS workflows.  

- Optimize components for performance across web-capable devices.  

- Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team.  

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.  

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting.  

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.  

- Work closely with backend developers for API integration.  

- Document application changes and updates.

**Must-Have Skills**:  

- Strong understanding of **React JS** and its core principles.  

- Experience with **Redux** and popular React workflows.  

- Proficiency in **JavaScript**, **HTML**, and **CSS**.  

- Familiarity with **RESTful APIs**, build pipelines, and tools.  

- Knowledge of version control tools such as **Git**.  

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.  

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:  

- Experience with **TypeScript** and front-end testing frameworks.
