Position: Junior System Admin
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with BTech/BE/MTech/ME degrees.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of L1 IT infrastructure operations and helpdesk functions.
- Experience in service desk ticket management and effective communication handling (both telephonic and email).
- Familiarity with ITIL practices.
- Basic L1 support knowledge in technical domains such as Active Directory, VPN, Data Backup, and Endpoint Security.
- Experience in system administration of client operating systems and foundational knowledge of server operating systems.
Location:
- Bangalore (Open for local candidates only)
Additional Information:
- We are looking for immediate joiners who can start within a week.
